Refunds will only be issued for products that are deemed faulty.

If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or faulty product, please reach out to us as soon as possible via email at info@binke.com.au.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect spelling - Please carefully consider your selections during checkout.

If this happens, we will be happy to offer a discount coupon for a corrected print.

Please note that due to the printing process, and how monitors and phone screens work, there will be a slight variation between the images on screen. Generally the final product will be more vibrant than what is pictured on screem.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on these colour and vibrancy differences.
